A unique learning journey featuring a balanced mix between play and academic excellence to prepare children for formal schooling.
The non-competitive learning environment encourages children to learn at their own pace, letting them master the necessary skills and develop confidence.
At this age when their minds are the most absorbent, the Montessori Method is used to instil a love for learning in children in a comfortable, non-competitive environment. Children develop practical living skills, sensory-motor skills, language skills, science and mathematical skills, music skills, and physical agility through work and play, coupled with didactic Montessori learning materials. We emphasise on the importance of developing moral values at a young age and have implemented the Living Values Education Programme by UNICEF. This allows children to explore and understand universal moral values which define their character as they grow up.
The K1 and K2 programmes have been designed with a classroom structure that prepares the children for a smooth transition from kindergarten to primary school. The programme is child-centred and focuses on the formal mastery of reading, writing and arithmetic. Activities like roleplay, nature walks, water play and cooking are integrated into the curriculum to support learning. Children are also engaged in extracurricular activities like art, craft, dance, and music to help them discover their natural talent and abilities. Thematic lessons have been incorporated into the K1 and K2 curriculums to widen the children’s topical knowledge and language while providing hands-on learning.
